Current Leander ISD QUEST students do NOT need to be retested to move to middle or high school QUEST. Previously identified student do not need to be tested. Upon enrollment, the campus will review records and determine placement for the student or determine if further testing is needed.

Elementary students (entering grades K–5) should NOT come to these screening dates. First through fifth grade students will be screened at their home campus during the first weeks of the school year. All kindergarten students are screened in January.

Morning Test Session: 9:00 a.m. to Noon Afternoon Test Session: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

August 2, 2022 @ Running Brushy Middle School

Morning Test Session: 9:00 a.m. to Noon Afternoon Test Session: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Parents/guardians of students who register for summer testing will receive an email with additional information about the summer testing process. This email will be sent the Thursday prior to the Tuesday test event.

Additional Information to Complete by June 30, 2022: A parent/guardian and one other adult who knows the learner should complete the General Intellectual Scale Rating prior to summer testing.

  2. Previous Achievement or Cognitive Ability Testing Records
  3. Water
  4. Snack
  5. Books and/or digital device with headphones (to be used during breaks or non-testing times)

NOTE: If you miss the June 30, 2022 registration deadline, the campus will address a plan for testing your learner during annual school year testing times. Contact your campus to learn more.
