How many devices can I download the app on?

  • There is no limit to the number of devices for app downloads.

Do you sell my data?

  • No. Safety and Security are a significant part of creating a great employee experience. We do not sell your employee data.

What is the App Size? And will it use my data (texts)?

  • The app is not large (around 20 MB) and does not use your data.

What about updating or installing new versions?

  • You won’t have to do either. The app automatically updates. Shake your phone when the app is open to force an immediate update.

What if the app freezes?

  • Shake your phone to refresh the app.
