Student Voice: Share your stories, perspectives and input with the Superintendent

It’s a new school year, but our focus remains on students. This year, Superintendent Dan Troxell, Ph.D. will provide a new way for students to voice their thoughts in a writing prompt he will read and share through local newspapers, the Leander ISD website and social media. We want to showcase the authentic minds of Leander ISD students and remind the community that LISD is student focused.

If you are interested, click on this link. Fill out the following information. Provide photos or videos that correspond with the prompt. We do not have a word count or formatting requirements. The deadline to submit a response is Aug. 31.

This month’s prompt is: Start of the School Year
What’s on your mind for the start of the school year? Please share things you want to accomplish this school year or challenges you want to overcome.
