Summer EOC Testing

Information about STAAR EOC retests and review sessions is listed below. All events will take place at Rouse High School.

STAAR EOC Retests

June 24, 2019 — English I
June 25, 2019 — Algebra I
June 26, 2019 — English II
June 27, 2019 — Biology
June 27, 2019 — U.S. History

Important information about June retesting days:

  • Students need to bring a picture I.D. with them.
  • Check in is from 8-8:30 a.m.
  • Testing starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m. The English I and II tests last until 2 p.m.
  • Students may ride the bus in the morning to Rouse High School. Students who have completed their assessments by 1 p.m. may ride the afternoon bus. Click here for summer transportation routes.
  • Feel free to bring a snack.  

STAAR EOC Review Sessions

In order to help your child prepare for their retest, we are offering the following free EOC exam review sessions. We strongly encourage students to attend every review session possible as we cover new material and go into greater depth at each session. Unfortunately, there is no transportation provided for the review sessions.

Times / Location: 1:30–4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, at Rouse High School

    English I – June 17-21
    English II – June 17-21, 24-25 
    US History – June 17-21, 24-26 
    Biology – June 17-21, 24-26 
    Algebra I – June 17-21, 24


Students do not need to register for the review sessions and can attend as many days or as few days as they are able. We encourage students to attend as many review sessions as possible.
