The District will also consider a waiver to obtain more flexibility on its Title 1 funding to better serve schools with high economically disadvantaged student populations.

Voluntary student transfers will be permitted to transfer to other elementary campuses within the district on a space and staffing available basis. Children who currently attend the campus as a fourth-grader, either as a zoned student or as a transfer student, will be permitted to attend the current campus as a transfer in the next school year, and siblings will be permitted to transfer in on a space- and staff-available basis.
