The Leander ISD Enrichment Classes are dedicated to providing a quality education in a variety of subjects to children grades Kindergarten through 5th. LISD offers many diverse classes, filling both the academic and entertainment needs of the students in LISD. Attending one of these classes offers an opportunity to learn a new hobby, do something fun and interesting and improve your child's personal skills. Just a few of classes that have been offered in the past include: robotics, cooking, gymnastics, golf, Spanish, science, art, video game design, engineering, tennis and money management. Classes will take place on your child’s campus immediately after school. The campus office will let your child’s teacher know the location of the class they will be attending.
Beginning August 4 2014, an online course catalog and registration portal will be posted on this page for the Fall Session I offerings. Class choices will vary by campus depending on the site requested and space available. The program is designed to be held one day a week for a six week session. The first session will begin the week of September 8, 2014. Class instruction will occur on your child’s campus immediately after school. The campus office will let your child’s teacher know the specific location of where they will need to report for classes.
