Because some parents or guardians may not have medical coverage for their children, the district offers several  low-cost student insurance coverage plans on line at www.k12studentinsurance.com  or you can get a form through the campus registrar.

Public school districts are immune for bodily injury to students and the public (except for limited liability for negligent operation  and use of a motorized vehicle) as provided in the Texas Tort Claims Act, section 101.001 et seq. and section 101.051 et seq. of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code.
