Love and Logic |
Mary Ann Kluga, LISD chemical abuse prevention coordinator, is once again offering the very popular “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” classes. The seven-week course is designed to help parents nurture responsible children by letting empathy and consequences do the teaching and by allowing their child to make their own choices. “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” course is good for anyone with children. Love and logic can help any situation: home, school or even work. The instructional approach includes discussions, video clips presented by the Love and Logic Institute staff, workbook exercises and homework to practice the "new" skills presented at each class.
