Our mission is to provide facilities to our community first to serve the students and youth by providing a quality educational environment and then to encourage and welcome our community to use the district facilities for educational, recreational, civic and cultural activities, when activities do not conflict with school use or with LISD Board policy.

How To Rent a Facility

Know the date(s) and site(s) you need
Identify your group type
Complete application

Confirm usage
Sign and return facility contract
LISD receives authorized contract and certificate of insurance

Use facility on appointed date
Pay invoice for usage

What's New?

During the summer months, NO LISD facilities and fields are available for rent. Applications will be accepted beginning July 22, 2013. Fall rentals will begin after Labor Day, September 2.

Canyon Ridge Middle School fields, practice and/or competition fields are not available through the remainder of the 2012-13 school year.

Requests for facilities will be granted depending on availability.

Contracts and insurance must be on file with Materials Management prior to use of LISD facilities.
